Refund Policy

At PureEatiz, we want you to enjoy every cup of our coffee. If something doesn’t feel right with your order, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds work.

Order Cancellations

Most orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible by email.

  • Orders that have already been shipped or placed under promotional/discounted offers cannot be cancelled.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 3-7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging (to maintain hygiene standards)

  • The item is in resale condition

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Perishable goods (unless defective)

Return Process

1. Contact Us

Email info@pureeatiz.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

2. Prepare the Shipment

Once approved, securely pack the product in its original packaging.
We recommend keeping the original shipping box for safe return.

3. Ship Back to Us

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you prefer, we can arrange a courier pickup. A standard pickup fee of ₹125 will be deducted from your refund.

4. Inspection

After we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos and a short video of the issue (unboxing video recommended).

  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Requests without timely notification or proof may not be eligible for resolution.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after return approval.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

  • If free shipping was applied, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

  • Sale or discounted items are refunded only up to the amount paid

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Products showing signs of use or tampering
