We were chai people — hardcore. Every morning, every evening, every "let's catch up" started with a cup of ginger tea. Then one day, someone handed us a cup of coffee. It was terrible. Bitter, flat, tasted like hot disappointment. But something made us try again. And again. What started as curiosity became a daily ritual, then an obsession. We drove across Gujarat tasting coffee at every café. We ordered beans from Coorg, Colombia, Brazil. Our kitchen looked like a coffee lab. Somewhere between that terrible first cup and the hundredth great one, we fell in love not just with drinking coffee, but with understanding it.
17 Blends Rejected. Five Survived.
Instant coffee never tasted like real coffee. So we asked: why not? We experimented with real Arabica beans and real flavour ingredients. Our only test would we order this over a ₹350 café coffee? 17 blends failed. Five survived. Those five became PureEatiz. Café in a jar.
