Refund policy

We want you to enjoy every cup of PureEatiz coffee. If you are not satisfied, here are the steps for cancellations, returns and refunds:

  • Order Cancellations: As above, most orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, please contact us right away by email or phone. Orders already shipped or placed under promotional offers cannot be cancelled.

  • Returns – Eligibility: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging (to ensure hygiene). If you opened the packaging or used the product, we cannot accept a return. Items that are non-returnable include gift cards, and any personalized or perishable goods, unless defective.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact Us: Email returns@pureeatiz.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will review and guide you through the return process.

    2. Prepare Shipment: If approved, pack the product securely in its original box. For your protection, we recommend keeping the original shipping box.

    3. Ship Back to Us: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. (Alternatively, we may arrange a courier pickup – in that case a standard pickup charge will apply, e.g. ₹125, which will be deducted from your refund.)

    4. Inspection: Once we receive the return and verify the condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a product that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos or a short video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Without prompt notification or proof (e.g. an unboxing video), we may be unable to offer a remedy.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 2–7 business days after we process the return. For refunds to cards or wallets, banks may take a few additional days. If the order was paid by COD, we will instead provide a PureEatiz credit code equal to the order amount (valid for 60 days) as a refund. Note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable, and in the case of returns, any original shipping charge (e.g. if it was free shipping) will be deducted from the refund. Sale or discounted items can only be refunded up to the sale price.

  • Non-Refundable: Customized, personalized products, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. Also, if more than 7 days have passed since delivery, or the product shows signs of use, we regret we cannot accept the return.
